Get creative and be involved in adding a fantastic piece of artwork to your school!

Learn about a range of mosaic artwork and show off your creativity. Students will take part in a range of collaborative exercises. Work as a group to create a mosaic from tiles and cement that your school will keep to show off. Students will also work in pairs to create a paper mosaic, work in small groups to recreate a famous picture as well as share, evaluate and provide feedback on finished products.
Things we need from you for this Incursion
- An art room is preferable however the session can also be run in a hall or double classroom
- At least 2 staff members (more is a bonus) present throughout the incursion to assist with supervision and running of some activities
- 8 tables and 24 chairs
- Access to cold water
