Prices
The break up of our prices is as follows:*

x 100 + students = $7.00 per head + GST
x 70- 99 students = $8.00 per head + GST
x 40-69 students = $9.00 per head + GST
x 39 or less students = $10.00 per head + GST
Book us for multiple incursions with the same group on the same day and receive a
10% discount.

Our minimum charge is $250 so if you have less than 25 students that is fine but the charge will be $250.

*Please note, these prices are based on locations within the Melbourne Metropolitan area, outside this area could result in a price increase.

Terms and Conditions of Payment
All jobs will be charged based on the total number of children confirmed by the school or holiday program at least one week prior to the day of the incursion. This is to allow us to appropriately arrange staffing for your incursion. Please note, in any case where the number of children exceeds what was confirmed by the school or holiday program, the appropriate additional cost per child will be added to the invoice.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made by phone or email no later than two weeks prior to the incursion date. Any jobs cancelled within one week of the incursion date will incur a 50% charge of the total incursion cost. Any jobs cancelled within 48hours of the incursion will incur a 100% charge of the total incursion cost.
