Orienteering

Think outside the square to navigate your way through our cryptic iPad hunt!

RECOMMENDED FOR YEARS 3-6

Think outside the square to navigate your way through our cryptic clue hunt!

The incursion will begin with some fun activities to get students familiar with direction and orientation before they take part in a treasure hunt course around their campus. With our iPads providing clues in the form of augmented reality, compasses and most importantly team work, students will develop their understanding of geography, mapping and their sense of direction. Great outdoor fun!

We can include mapping and plotting coordinates upon request and students also get to keep their own working compass at the end.

Our qualified teachers are fantastic at tailoring this incursion to suit your focus and cross-curriculum links can easily be made to Mathematics, Geography and Health & Physical Education.

RECOMMENDED FOR YEARS 7-9

I just wanted to say that our incursion we took part in was fantastic and the kids absolutely loved it. They're constantly fighting over the parts that Ryan left with us. Ryan was amazing and we could not have asked for a better presentation. He was organised and aware but most importantly educational. The kids learnt lot. Thanks for your organisation and constantly providing educational experiences for our students.
