Let’s take healthy to a whole new level.
Your students will build their confidence through a range of activities focusing on movement, music, laughter, exercise, creativity, concentration, reflection and focus. This unique program promotes not just physical health, but also encourages students to understand the impact of positive relationships, regulation of emotions, and building self-esteem to promote positive mental health. Students rotate through different stations at their own pace, allowing them to discover and engage with activities that best suit their personal preferences.
Activities
Students rotate through 4 stations and explore activities that utilise:
- Exercise; a variety of physical challenges that focus on healthy competition
- Creativity; calming activities including zen gardens and colour by number
- Music and meditation; listen to a variety of music and practise a range of stretches and poses
- Focus and laughter; critical thinking with a range of puzzles and games.
Scope of Learning Outcomes
Together we’ll select the learning outcomes that best suit your class and grade level curriculum requirements. Examples include:
- Understand the connection between mind, body and behaviour, and the ability to be in the present
- Identify the fundamentals of personal and social growth
- Build social confidence with peers in both competitive and non-competitive environments
- Learn new skills to assist concentration and focus.
