Silent Escape Zone

Step into an immersive learning adventure with Silent Escape Zone!

Students take on the Silent Escape Zone, a thrilling audio-guided team challenge that develops problem solving, critical thinking, teamwork, and listening skills. Using multi-channel silent headphones, students receives clues, music, and instructions directly to their ears as they explore a series of themed zones. Every zone is designed to challenge students while connecting directly to curriculum learning.

Activities

Working in teams, students:

Solve puzzles and riddles linked to curriculum themes, earning points and encouraging friendly competition between teams.
Rotate through immersive themed zones, completing challenges that require teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
Collaborate strategically as a team, dividing tasks to ensure every member contributes and maximizes points.
Tackle bonus challenges to earn extra tokens, building resilience, focus, and perseverance.
Use silent headphones for audio guidance, keeping students engaged, immersed, and fully focused throughout the session.

Scope of Learning

Learning outcomes are selected to suit your class abilities and curriculum needs. Examples include:

Explore the three levels of government, laws, and democratic values
Investigate trade, imports and exports, and Australia’s place in the world
Understand the impact of First Nations Peoples and colonisation
Explore severe weather events, climate, and Australia’s flora and fauna
Develop mapping and location skills, including reading maps, following directions, and identifying landmarks
Strengthen teamwork, communication, and critical thinking through collaborative challenges

Important Information

A large unfurnished gymnasium or hall is required for this incursion

Session capacity: 35-50 (age, ability and space dependent)

A minimum 75% deposit must be made 7 days from the date of booking for your incursion to go ahead

Our instructor will arrive an hour before your start time to set up

We will structure the sessions around your school timetable

You will be invoiced in accordance to your normal student numbers

This session runs for 90 minutes

Teachers must be present during the session

Please let us know if there are any variations on the day and we will amend the invoice accordingly
