Activities
- Explore how emotions influence behaviour to understand their impact on actions and reactions, to help better manage feelings
- Practice mindfulness strategies, including focused breathing, to improve attention and manage stress effectively
- Improve their strength, coordination and flexibility through physical exercises
- Focus on self-awareness and understanding of others, to help develop positive relationships with peers.
Scope of Learning
Together we’ll select the learning outcomes that best suit your class and grade level curriculum requirements. Examples include:
- Understand the connection between mind, body and behaviour
- Identify the fundamentals of personal and social growth
- Apply new focused strategies to achieving mindfulness
- Explore new ways to increase calm and build focus.
