Find Your Calm with Young Yoga!
Breathe, meditate, and stretch your way to a calm and focused atmosphere with our Young Yoga program! Holidays can often shift routines and make it tricky for children to concentrate, but our program is here to promote mindfulness, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing in a fun and engaging way. In this 60-minute experience, children will connect with themselves, fostering healthy minds and bodies that are essential for learning and growth. Through age-appropriate activities, children will explore breathing techniques to boost their focus and energy while learning basic yoga poses to enhance strength and flexibility. These fun challenges encourage children to engage and try new things they haven’t done before! Guided by our fantastic teachers, this program emphasises the importance of recognising emotions and building healthy relationships through a variety of playful activities.
